Click on the option that interests you the most and you will have all the information about it. Within the activity, you can make the reservation.

Can I buy multiple experiences from different partners?

Yes. You can buy the experiences you want.

What if in the end I can’t go? How can I cancel or change my reservation?

Get in touch with your activity partner and they will give you the relevant instructions.

Is there a COVID protocol?

Yes. Each of the experiences has a COVID protocol.

What happens if the purchase confirmation does not arrive?

If you do not receive the purchase confirmation by email, we recommend that you check the “spam” folder or access your account at enenoturismo.com. In the orders section you can download your reservation. If, finally, your proof of purchase does not arrive, you can contact lasrutas through our website in the “contact” section.

Is it necessary to be registered in the portal to make reservations?

Is my reservation confirmed immediately?

Yes. If the payment is correct, the reservation is confirmed.
