Adegas Eidos Cabecera

Adegas Eidos

The winery, under the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, is located at the southernmost end of the Val do Salnés sub-zone, under the protection of a hillside called Padriñán, where there are countless small immemorial plantations that feed it.

This area, with a privileged domain over the town of Sanxenxo and the mouth of the Pontevedra estuary, has its own microclimate, ideal for growing vines that, together with the geophysical peculiarities of the soil, result in a grape with unbeatable balance of acids and sugars with an optimal degree of maturation.

This combination, of undoubted fame in the field, originated an Albariño wine with its own identity, which has increased over the years.
